Turkey soon will have its nuclear weapon, said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to his Greek counterpart George Papandreou at the unplanned meeting in Moscow on Feb. 15, Turkish Zaman reports. According to him, if Iran designs A-bomb, it will provoke arms race in the region enabling Turkey to become a nuclear power.“Not only Turkey but Saudi Arabia too will be willing to have their nuke weapons. I believe Greece is unindifferent to regional processes,” Netanyahu stated.Papandreou took this warning in right earnest, particularly in terms of bilateral strategic partnership, that reinforced within last years significantly after the deterioration of Jerusalem-Ankara relations, IzRus informs.Earlier, former NATO Secretary General George Robertson in a report made by Centre for European Reform (CER) experts outlined that U.S. nuke weapon is on the territory of Turkey, Indjirlik military base.
